How do I join?
Joining our free rewards program is easy! If you haven’t already done so, just create an account to get started. Once you’ve joined, you’ll have full access to our online store as well as the ability to earn points as described above. Each time you log in to your account, you can shop, track your progress, redeem points, and much more.
Simply find the rewards icon on the home page and sign up!
How Do I Earn Points?
While you are logged in to your account, just click on any of the action icons above to earn points. In most cases, your points will be added to your account immediately. However, please note that your points may not be added to your account for up to one week if you write a review.
How Do I Redeem Points?
You can redeem your points directly at checkout! Once you have accumulated enough points for a discount, click on the checkout button and select a discount from the dropdown menu. You’ll have the option to apply your points to that purchase or save your points for future purchases.
You can also view your transaction & point history at any time.
Do My Points Ever Expire?
No. There is no expiration date on your points, and you can redeem them whenever you wish to do so.
Why Didn't I Get Credit for Sharing on Social Media?
In order to receive credit for liking or sharing on Social Media, you must click the appropriate social media icon while logged into your account on the https://shop.theedwardsedge rewards page. You will share the link to our website onto your social media platform, and the points will automatically be added to your account.
What happens if I return a product?
If you return one or more items you have purchased, any points you earned associated with the purchase of those items will be immediately deducted from your account. For example, if you make a purchase for $100 (good for 100 points), and then return $75 worth of merchandise, then 75 points would be deducted from your account.
Why didn’t I get credit for my referral?
In order for us to track your referrals and assign your points, the persons you refer MUST use your unique referral link. It is only through your unique referral link that their purchases will trigger points to be added to your account. Once their order is processed through your unique link, your reward points will be added to your account within 14 days.
Why Didn't I Get Points for My Purchases?
The Edwards Edge administrative team reserves the right to prohibit any member from participating in any aspect of the program if they deem or suspect that a member has engaged in or has attempted to engage in any of the following: (a) acting in violation of The Rewards Program Terms and Conditions; or (b) damaging, tampering with or corrupting the operation of the program or site; or (c) acting with intent to annoy, harass or abuse any other person; or (d) engaging in any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual behavior or activity; or (e) engaging in activities deemed to be generally inconsistent with the intended operation of the program.
How Do I Donate Points to Someone Else?
You can donate or transfer some of your points to an existing loyalty member by simply emailing us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
You must clearly indicate the number of points you wish to transfer, the name of the person and their email address.
